Whether you want to try all the top-of-the-line gear or just grab the perfect set-up for the conditions, Mammoth Demo shops have you covered. With several convenient on-hill locations offering a full selection of the latest gear, you'll be able to exchange your gear any time, at any shop, so you don't have to skip out on ski time to try something new.

Try Me, Buy Me

Test drive top-of-the-line skis or snowboards to find what's right for you. When you're ready to buy, we'll deduct your demo rental cost from the purchase price of that same product.

Season-Long Ski/Snowboard Demo Access

Demo the latest and greatest ski and snowboard equipment all season long. Demo Pass holders will also receive early access to the end of season demo sale. Ski and snowboard demos will be available at all base lodges, the Stump Alley Demo Center and the Mountain Center in the Village. 

Good for alpine skis, snowboards, a limited selection of backcountry touring skis and splitboards. Boots may be added for $25/day. 

Recommended for intermediate to expert skiers.

Valid through winter 21/22. Valid for single-day demos only but may be extended for subsequent days. Additional fees may apply for overdue demos.

Ski-In, Ski-Out Demos

Grab demo skis and snowboards right from the base of Stump Alley Express. With our outdoor demo container, you can park at the Chair 2 lot and be on the snow faster – just book your demos from Main Lodge or use your season-long Demo Pass. Once you are set up, you can still exchange your gear at any other demo shop around the mountain. Be on the lookout for special brand takeovers and sneak peeks at next year's gear from this location.  

Stump Alley Demo Center offers Skis & Snowboards only. Please visit one of our lodges for boot demos and packages.
